Parent / Guardian Privacy & Consent — Learner Profile Access By signing this consent, you, the parent / guardian, authorise STEM-TUBE League (NPO) to grant you ongoing access to your child's learner profile through the Parent & Guardian Portal. This includes the following personal and academic data: 1. PROFILE ACCESS — personal particulars, school information, grade, subjects and enrolment status. 2. ACADEMIC PROGRESS — assessment and examination results, progress reports, attendance records and tutor feedback. 3. SCHEDULE — live class timetable, upcoming sessions and lesson calendars. 4. WELLBEING — wellbeing check-in responses and any safeguarding flags raised by our team. 5. BILLING — subscription package, monthly fees and payment history. Your access is governed by our Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may only view data relating to your own child. You will not share, screenshot or redistribute learner data with third parties. STEM-TUBE may revoke this access at any time if the consent is withdrawn or if the platform's terms of use are breached. You may withdraw consent by writing to STEM-TUBE.
